How to determine electrical outlet placement around the family swimming pool

Here are ways and reasons outlets can bring more life to your poolside space:

  1. Use a misting system or a heater depending on the weather.
  2. Consider how much lighting you may want around the pool. You can use solar-powered lights but if it’s not bright enough you may want to add extra lights.
  3. You may want to use power tools or an electric lawn mower.
  4. Pool parties benefit from additional outlets to plug in entertainment items like radios, televisions and more.
  5. As mentioned, an outdoor kitchen requires outlets as does a pool house if you want one (consider that with a washer/dryer unit.

Ask us about potential areas where other pool owners have had pools installed where they have outlets installed. Also, ask where they should have had outlets and where they had outlets that were useless to their day.
